The complete Panchakarma protocol includes three stages:
Purva Karma (Preparation):
This pre-detox phase includes therapies like Abhyanga (herbal oil massage), Swedana (steam therapy), and internal oleation. These steps loosen deep-seated toxins and prepare the body for cleansing.
Pradhana Karma (Main Detox):
This is the core of Panchakarma—where one or more of the five cleansing therapies are administered, depending on your dosha imbalance and health goals.
Paschat Karma (Post-Care):
This recovery phase supports rejuvenation through diet, herbal tonics, and lifestyle guidance to stabilise the benefits and avoid relapse.
At Anya Ayurveda, Panchakarma is performed under the supervision of experienced Ayurvedic doctors and trained therapists. We use authentic oils, decoctions, and classical techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness. All therapies are delivered in a peaceful, hygienic setting that promotes relaxation and healing.
Whether you seek preventative wellness or support for chronic conditions, our Panchakarma programmes offer a complete mind-body reset grounded in Ayurvedic tradition.
